Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Germany.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
- Delivery: 4-8 business days after shipping, depending on country and city.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons or due to carrier or customs delays.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at foldrest@outlook.es. Once an order has shipped we can't change the address, and we're not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 8 business days of shipping, or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll help you resolve it with a replacement or a refund.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped across borders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. If any apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
