1. Overview

This website is operated by Foldrest. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Foldrest. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Use of the site

You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and not to interfere with the site's security or operation.

3. Products and prices

We try to show our products, colors and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee your screen will display them exactly. Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and may change without notice. We may correct errors in prices or descriptions and cancel orders affected by an obvious error, in which case we'll refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud; if so, we'll refund any amount paid. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. We never store your full card details.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund Policy, including our 30-day guarantee.

6. Product use

Please use the product as described and follow its instructions. Don't exceed the maximum load of 100 kg (220 lb). Foldrest is a portable rest chair for outings, not a medical wheelchair or mobility device. Use it on stable ground, fasten the seat belt and don't leave a seated person unattended on slopes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Foldrest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
